Spring 2020 Softball Evaluation Day - January 18th

 

WC Softball Evaluations for Softball 8U / 10U / 12U are next Saturday, January 18th starting at 8:45 am on Fields 5 and 6.  Please see the schedule below for your players evaluation times.  The 6U do not need to come to the evaluations but will need to come up to the fields for uniform sizing.

Uniform Sizing will take place Saturday before your players scheduled evaluation time.  Please see Shayla at the baseball pavilion next to the tee-ball field before you register for evaluations.  You must fill out the uniform sizing sheets for us to get the proper sizing for your players uniform.  Once you have completed the uniform sizing sheet go to your evaluation field.

Please Arrive 15 minutes Earlier than your scheduled time for uniform Sizing; please contact Shayla at packrem@gmail.com for any questions on the uniform sizing.

 

6U Uniform Sizing between 8:45 am and 11:00 am / Field 5

All players in the 8U through 12U divisions must attend the evaluation.  If for any reason you are not able to attend the evaluation, please contact me as soon as possible.

* Players must go to the pavilion by the tee ball field for uniform sizing and then go to their field to register for the evaluation. 

* Please have your players wear cleats and bring their softball gear – gloves, helmets, face masks and bats.

* All players in 8U/10U /12U must attend the evaluation.

Spring 2020 Softball Registration Now Open!

Wesley Chapel Baseball and Softball is excited to announce that baseball and softball registrations are now open for the 2020 Spring Season!  Registrations will remain open until January 16th 2020.

Early Registration starts NOW and will end Jan 3rd, Participants will receive $40 OFF the registration fees below

This season we are also continuing our payment options when you register your player.  You will still have two payment options:

 PAY ONLINE IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.

 PAYMENT PLAN: Half of the payment will be collected upon registration. The remaining amount will be deducted in 2 more payment installments, one January 2020 and February 2020.

Baseball Registration Fees and Ages – Early Registration (Ends Jan 3rd) is $40 off prices below:
T Ball / A Ball - Boys ages 4 to 6. Fee $180 (Early Registration Fee $140)
Rookies - Boys ages 7-8. Fee $240 (Early Registration Fee $200)
Minors - Boys ages 9-10. Fee $250 (Early Registration Fee $210)
Majors - Boys ages 11-12. Fee $270 (Early Registration Fee $230)
Juniors - Boys ages 13-15. Fee $290 (Early Registration Fee $250)

6U - Girls ages 4-6. Fee $170 (Early Registration Fee $130)
8U - Girls ages 6-8. Fee $230 (Early Registration Fee $190)
10U - Girls ages 9-10. Fee $240 (Early Registration Fee $200)
12U - Girls ages 11-12. Fee $250 (Early Registration Fee $210)

14U – Girls ages 13-14. Fee $250 (Early Registration Fee $210)

Please Note: This is our first spring season that WC softball and baseball will be using the Dick’s Sporting Goods - Blue Sombrero registration site. If you do not currently have an account with Blue Sombrero you will have to create one to register. You can create a new account by going to this link and clicking on the Register button on the top right of the webpage.   If you do not currently have an account with WCAA, you will have to create one to register.  Due to the success of the sibling program, we will continue the program for the spring 2020 season! If you are registering an additional player who is a sibling, we will offer a $10.00 discount on the second registration.

Please Note:  Remember to update your players profile during the registration process.  Team uniforms are ordered based on what is listed in your player’s profile.  Uniform size selections are located under the Player Information section of the player’s profiles.  This must be completed by January 3rd 2020.

Spring 2020 Softball FAQs

Refund Policy - there will be a $30.00 administrative refund fee for all refunds requested before registration ends. Any refund requested after the registration deadline on January 3rd 2020 will incur a $50.00 administrative refund fee. No refunds are issued once the player's uniform has been ordered. Any player who is accepted into their high school baseball or softball program after they have registered with WCAA will receive a full refund.
